Before your trip you will get information who will be waiting for you on the airport.

On the airport person waiting for you will be by arrivers.
That person will have clear sign of MOVE TO ASIA representative.
Also you can check name tag.
When you talk to this person, tell them your name, he / she
will confirm your costumer number and information where you are going.
Please show them then your passport.
This way you know it is correct person and they know you are the one they have to take care about.
You will get welcome bag with your membership card and other materials.
Please pay rest of the money to our representative, you will get receipt.
Our representative will help you what ever you will need.
Get refreshment, change money, get sim card, transport to your hotel.
All for better price.
Then you will get information about plan for next day.
If you will arrive to Ho Chi Minh City and stay here, it will be little
different then if you stay only for example few days and then
will travel to Cambodia.
If you will arrive to Siem Reap or Phnom Penh, our representative
will make sure you will be checked to the hotel and make with you
meeting to help you all what is needed.
Depends how many people will arrive. Our representative will go with you
to your hotel to be sure all is OK with check in. Or will call you and visit you later.
Do not worry, we will take care about you.
